Specifically designed for children aged 5 to 8, these sessions promote strength, coordination, discipline, sport prowess and self-defence in a fun, safe and supportive setting. Like swimming and cycling, jiu-jitsu is a life skill every child should learn. Complete (striking and grappling), grappling-only, striking-only and self-defence sessions.
