Fee Structure
- Option 1: Drop-in: €9 per training day
- Option 2: 6 Active Training Days Package: €45 (= €7.50 per training day)
- Option 3: 12 Active Training Days Package: €78 (= €6.50 per training day)
Training day: can attend any or all available sessions on the day (age/level-appropriate). Members of the same family can make use of the same package. Packages are redeemable within 2 months, non-transferable and non-refundable.
Jiu-Jitsu Uniform
White gi (dogi) with appropriate belt unless stated as no-gi. No-Gi: white rash guard/t-shirt, black or dark/navy blue shorts (leggings/spats under shorts if desired). Striking sessions and Open Mat: gi or no-gi uniform (your choice). Summer: generally no-gi uniform unless informed otherwise. Official Jiushin Kan Jiu-Jitsu uniforms for both gi and no-gi. Beginners and visitors can attend in normal sportswear (without zips/buttons/hard objects).
Jiu-Jitsu Equipment
Complete (integrated striking–grappling) sessions: 6-8oz grappling gloves (MMA sparring gloves), shin & instep guards, mouth guard, males: groin guard, females: breast guard. Striking sessions: same as complete, but boxing gloves instead of grappling/MMA sparring gloves. Grappling sessions: mouth guard (optional), males: groin guard without the cup (or compression shorts), females: padded sports bra (under uniform). Beginners and visitors can attend without any equipment.
*Jiu-Jitsu: Self-Defence
Having a seperate certification system, self-defence sessions are viable for both those who are only interested in self-defence training and regular jiu-jitsu trainees.
Jiu-Jitsu: Grappling
For those who wish to focus exclusively on grappling (BJJ) without striking, this option is fully supported.
Iaido Uniform
White iaidogi (or kendogi), black or dark/navy blue hakama and iaido obi. Equipment: bokken (bokuto) and Iaito. Beginners and visitors can attend in normal sportswear and without any equipment.
